After the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan based on your selection (Yearly or Permanent License).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within the 3-day free trial period
• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical issues that prevent service usage that we cannot resolve

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

All payments made after the free trial period are non-refundable, including:

• Yearly subscription payments
• Permanent License purchases
• Partial months or years of service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund during your trial period:

2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
